Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Pembelajaran pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of the madrasah principal in learning management during the covid-19 pandemic at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. This research is qualitative research. The subject in this study was the principal of MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen. Data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the head of the madrasa manages learning during the covid-19 pandemic well. It is proven by the ongoing process of teaching and learning activities. Learning activities are carried out using several applications for liaison between teachers and students at MTs An Nawawi 03 Kebumen.Copyright (c) 2021 Muchdjabir Wahid, Muna Fauziah
