MANAJEMEN FULL DAY SCHOOL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU MADRASAH DI MTs NEGERI 3 KEBUMEN

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada peyelenggaraan program Full Day School di MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari dokumentasi, kunjungan lapangan serta wawancara dengan beberapa unsur seperti: kepala madrasah, pengurus Full Day Scholl, dan guru.Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan, instrumen wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data data kualitatif menggunakan 3 tahapan yaitu 1) reduksi data, 2) display data, dan 3) verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen Full Day School untuk meningkatkan mutu madrasah dilaksanakan melalui empat proses kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Manajemen Full Day Scholl dilaksanakan dengan baik terbukti dengan perolehan prestasi yang diraih oleh siswa melalui berbagai ajang lomba baik bidang akademik maupun non akademik di berbagai tingkat meliputi kecamatan, kabupaten, propinsi, dan event nasional.
