This study aims to analyze the procedures for resolving problematic murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT NUKU Kebumen. As a sharia financial institution, KSPPS BMT NUKU faces challenges in managing customers who experience delays or fail to meet their financial obligations. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores sharia-based settlement methods, including a family-oriented approach, issuing a series of warning letters, financing restructuring, and legal action as a last resort. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that procedures based on deliberation and restructuring are the most effective methods for resolving problematic financing, although challenges exist in the customers' understanding of their responsibilities. This study also identifies both internal factors, such as weaknesses in credit analysis, and external factors, such as macroeconomic conditions, as contributing causes. Therefore, it is recommended to improve the quality of credit analysis and customer financial literacy. This research is expected to contribute to the literature on sharia finance and serve as a reference for best practices for other sharia financial institutions in managing problematic financing effectively.
