In the current era of information technology, the behavior of customers or consumers has changed a lot in conducting banking transactions, Mobile Banking is one type of service provided by banks to their customers so that they can carry out banking transactions anywhere and anytime where customers prioritize the convenience aspect that encourages customers to want to use Mobile. Banking. The purpose of this study was to determine the features and forms of services provided by BSI Mobile, the factors that influence customers to use BSI Mobile and the benefits of using BSI Mobile. This research is a field research using a qualitative research approach. Data collecti on techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting data, then drawing conclusions. The technique of examining the data in this study used the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that the benefits of customers in using BSI mobile or Mobile Banking have been very helpful for customers in online transactions. The form of Mobile Banking transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is almost the same as Mobile Banking applicable to other commercial banks, the forms of transactions such as balance information, transfers, purchases, payments, cash withdrawals without ATM cards, as well as other Islamic features. The difference here is the features and services available in each application, where the BSI Mobile application provides Islamic service features and infaq services that do not exist in conventional banks. The features and services that are often used by customers are transfers, balance checks, purchases, and payments. The benefits of using BSI Mobile for customers are as follows: (a) Make Payment Transactions Earsy, (b) Speed Up Payment Transactions (c) Provide Additional Benefits When Completing Transactions, (d) Provide a Sense of Security when Making Payment Transactions, (e) Improve Efficiency in Conducting Payment Transactions.
