Abstract

The trend of Sharia investment is increasingly in demand by the public, this can be seen from the increase in the number of SIDs registered with IDX Syariah. In investing, analysis is very important. One of the commonly used is Fundamental analysis, especially on the Profitability Ratio (ROA, ROE) and Solvency Ratio (DER) which are widely used as investors' views on investment prospects and risks in related companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, ROE and DER on the fluctuations in the share price of LQ45 companies listed on ISSI 2022-2024 both partially and simultaneously. The theories used are Fundamental theory and signal theory. The method in the study uses a quantitative approach, to analyze financial data from 16 selected company samples for the 2022-2024 period. This study uses a correlational research design, and a data collection technique with documentation techniques, with the help of Microsoft Excel and Eviews12 to analyze the data.

The results of the study partially had a negative effect on ROA with a tcal value of 2.961243>ttable 2.012895599 and a significance value of 0.0061<0.05, ROE had a positive effect with a tcal value of 2.479704>ttable 2.012895599, and a significant value of 0.0192<005. And DER had a negative effect with a tcal value of -2.406881>ttable 2.012895599 and a significance value of 0.0227<0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously ROA, ROE, and DER have an effect on fluctuations in the share price of LQ45 companies listed on ISSI with a Fcal value of 54.22292>Ftable
