Abstract

Human Resource Management Management Strategy in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Allisha Gesang Sejahtera. The purpose of this research is to: (1) analyze the human resource management strategy at PT. Allisha Gesang Sejahtera (2) knows the strategy to improve the performance of PT. Allisah Gesang Sejahtera. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative using a field research design. Data collection techniques that researchers do is by observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis techniques applied in this study are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are the effectiveness of employee work from the start of recruitment by starting a recruitment system in accordance with the prospective employee's expertise, attaching a curriculum vitae, continuing the interview, then after passing the interview will take part in a two-week trial period, after seeing good performance, the employee will be trained for 3 months. Starting to enter the workforce needed by the company, training for three months, during the trial period if the prospective employee's performance is not optimal, then he is declared a failure. Human resource placement system, human resource development by conducting special training in accordance with the field, to provide the knowledge that has been obtained. Employee performance refers to work performance. Leadership style greatly affects employee performance where employees will be more loyal to the company by providing the best for the company. A tight corporate culture within the company facilitates the achievement of company goals
