This study aims to analyze the dynamics of interpersonal and structural conflicts occurring at MI Sunniyyah 1 Selo and identify their managerial implications in human resource management. The research employs a qualitative case study approach using observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that interpersonal conflicts are triggered by differences in character and communication styles among teachers, exacerbated by the lack of effective formal communication mechanisms. Meanwhile, structural conflicts originate from management policy changes that are inadequately socialized and do not involve all stakeholders participatively. The study recommends establishing an open communication system, formulating systematic Conflict Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and increasing participation in decision-making. This study contributes empirically to conflict management in Islamic elementary education institutions and offers managerial implications for improving human resources quality and education standards.
