USING FACEBOOK AS A MARKETING PLATFORM FOR DAPUR MARYAM'S PRODUCTS

Dapur Maryam is a business name and the name of an online cake selling account which was founded in early 2018. Dapur Maryam utilizes and uses Facebook as a promotional medium to attract the attention of its customers. This research discusses the strategy of using Facebook as a marketing medium for Dapur Maryam products, a cake company in Kebumen. Qualitative methods were used to analyze marketing practices, customer interactions, and the impact of using these social platforms. Data was collected through interviews with business owners, observation, and statistical analysis of the company's online performance. The results show that the use of Facebook has succeeded in increasing brand awareness, customer interaction and business growth.
