Diversity includes differences in culture, religion, race, language, ethnicity, traditions and so on. Even though it is not a religious state, society is attached to religious life and religious freedom guaranteed by the constitution. The first principle of Pancasila "Belief in One Almighty God" shows that this state system is based on the principles, teachings and values of the religions in Indonesia. To maintain this diversity, there is a need for religious tolerance in society. This research aims to determine the implementation of religious tolerance values and the factors that influence religious tolerance values in the Pancasila village, Gebangsari Village, Kec. Klirong District. Kebumen is a community where there are several religions that exist but can live side by side and in harmony. This type of research is field research (qualitative) where data is taken through interviews, observations, documents so that later conclusions can be drawn in this research. The results of this research show that the implementation of the values of religious tolerance has been going on for a long time and has been ingrained in the community in terms of social activities. The factor that supports the creation of harmony is that the village government and the community maintain mutual harmony and mutual cooperation carried out by the community regardless of religion
