Tinjauan Fiqih Muamalah tentang Jual Beli Akun Game Online Mobile Legends (Studi Kasus Squad Lunar Eclipses)

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze "Muamalah's Review of Buying and Selling Mobile Legends Online Game Accounts". The research methodology was carried out qualitatively, with case study research on the Lunar Eclipses Squad. A qualitative methodology is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of the written or spoken words of people. The research report will be given data excerpts to provide an overview of the presentation of the report. The data comes from interview scripts, field notes, notes or memos and official documents. The results of this study are the initial transaction process between the seller and the buyer, the buyer orders a Mobile Legends account to the seller using a rekber service as a third party who is a witness to the Mobile Legends account transaction. However, this transaction is vulnerable to fraud on the part of the seller and the buyer.
