Abstrak

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' ability to pray movements and prayer readings through the first class demonstration method at TPQ Al-Mujahidin Kaleng Village. This research is a class action research carried out for 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subject of the study was a first-grade student of TPQ Al-Mujahidin in Kaleng Village. The data collection technique uses tests, observations, and interviews. Data validity using tringulation techniques. The results of the analysis showed that in the first cycle of learning, 84.61% had been completed. Meanwhile, in the second cycle of learning, as many as 84.62% of students have completed understanding of prayer material. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' understanding of prayer material through the demonstration method.
