The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning process of memorizing the Qur'an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan and the dominant character values that emerge through the learning process of memorizing the Qur'an at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan. This research is a type of field research conducted at SMPIT Arrisalah Pejagoan with a qualitative approach. By using a qualitative approach, and using observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the Tahfidz learning process at SMPIT Arrisalah uses the tikrar method, namely repeating reading. The Tahfidz program is carried out every Monday – Thursday. It is often done during the day and in the morning it is done on Wednesdays. Before the memorization deposit, each student is required to memorize one page 4 times.
