Manajemen Sarana Prasarana dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMA Al Karimi Tebuwung

This research is driven by the importance of educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process and improving student achievement, although there is still a gap between expected standards and actual conditions in the field. This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure and its relationship to supporting the improvement of student achievement at Al-Karimi Tebuwung High School. The method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with informants such as the principal, vice principal of infrastructure, teachers, and students, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure has been running quite well and includes the stages of planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and disposal systematically. The use of facilities such as laboratories, LCDs, smart TVs, and digital learning media has been proven to increase student motivation, understanding, and activeness, thus impacting learning achievement. However, obstacles are still found in the form of limited procurement of certain facilities and low awareness in facility maintenance. The conclusion of this study confirms that facilities and infrastructure have a strategic role in creating an effective learning process and contribute significantly to improving student learning achievement according to Marsun and Martaniah's theory.
