This study aims to describe and analyze the management model for developing students’ Qur’an reading skills based on daily and scheduled activities at MTs Al Azhar Sampung. The study focuses on five main aspects: scheduling, program implementers, learning methods, monitoring, and follow-up actions. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, Qur’an instructors, homeroom teachers, and students. The data were analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the Qur’an reading development program at MTs Al Azhar Sampung is implemented through a combinative model. Daily activities are conducted every morning from 06.40 to 07.00, followed by the recitation of Asmaul Husna, while scheduled enrichment sessions are held twice a week for each grade level. The daily program strengthens religious culture, discipline, and students’ closeness to the Qur’an, whereas the scheduled sessions focus on improving fluency, tajwid, and pronunciation. The study concludes that the integration of daily habituation and scheduled enrichment creates a systematic, measurable, and sustainable management model for improving students’ Qur’an reading skills.
