Today's society is very concerned about the quality of a madrasa or Islamic Education institution, many educators are not linear with their educational experience so that they are lacking in mastering the concept of learning and the material that will be delivered in the teaching and learning process to students. The application of the recruitment system and the selection process of educators and education personnel, especially at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level, has a very important role in tracing the success of students in the future, the hope of every madrasa is to get quality educators and education personnel, have competence in their scientific fields and of course can adapt to developing technology in the globalisation era. This of course must be considered, especially in the recruitment and selection system for teaching and education personnel. The purpose of this article is to find out the recruitment and selection system of teaching staff and education personnel in improving the quality of education at MIN 1 Jepara. The method used is observation in the form of interviews, namely getting information from sources and data from relevant references. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment and selection system for teaching staff and education personnel at MIN 1 Jepara is in two ways, namely, internally and externally. Internally, namely with a recruitment system for honorary staff by adjusting the needs of the madrasah according to the qualifications and competencies needed. While externally, namely, by being coordinated structurally by central government regulations (central KEMENAG), there are two test qualifications, namely CASN and P3K with different test selections.
