School is an educational institution whose job is to provide public services. Schools can survive and develop if the educational leadership function is carried out by the principal properly. Educational leadership is essential in educational institutions. The ideal leader is able to bring the institution he leads to progress. One style of leadership that is able to motivate its members is transformational leadership. Transformational leadership has four criteria, namely having charisma, inspiring, caring, and being able to stimulate the minds of their subordinates. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the implementation of transformational leadership at SD Negeri Ploso. The results of the study show that transformational leadership is able to create innovation for education at SD Negeri Ploso. SD Negeri Ploso makes a morning habitual policy, namely chanting asmaul husna, dhuha prayers, and reading short letters for Muslim students. While Christian students carry out habituation in the form of morning worship. The implementation of this transformational leadership is able to increase public trust in SD Negeri Ploso as evidenced by an increase in the number of new students in the 2024/2025 academic year
