Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Ma’had Aly di Dayah Babussalam Al Hanafiyyah

To realize the tridarma of Ma'had Aly, it is necessary to implement good HR management in the field of management, because the success of HR in managing Ma'had Aly will guarantee the quality of Ma'had Aly's output. This research aims to find out the process of HR procurement and development in Ma'had Aly Babussalam Al Hanafiyyah. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that: First, the recruitment process in Ma'had Aly Babussalam Al Hanafiyyah is not fully in line with the concept of recruitment in other formal education because there is no significant selection process and no new employee orientation as in the modern management concept. The recruitment of internal dayah and alumni recruitment systems is considered more affordable. Internal human resources are considered more effective in supervising and nurturing mahasantri at all times. HR placement is based on the teacher's exceptional ability to understand the Yellow Book and formal educational qualifications are not a benchmark for placement. Second, human resource development is carried out through skill development training, continuation of formal education, independent learning development. Skill development training at Ma'had Aly Babussalam Al Hanafiyyah gave birth to lecturers who were skilled in scientific journals and books, development through formal education is carried out by continuing the lecturer's postgraduate program studies which are considered to develop conceptual skills for lecturers.
