This study aims to describe the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers through innovative learning models (Hanifida Action Definite Learning Model). The type of research used is a literature study, where the researcher utilizes various relevant literature to obtain research data in the form of descriptions. Based on the results of the literature review, the researcher concluded that the Hanifida Action Definite Learning Model is one of the approaches in Islamic Religious Education that focuses on the implementation of real actions in learning. This approach emphasizes the understanding and application of religious values in daily life, not just the mastery of theory. By implementing the Hanifida Action Definite Learning Model, teachers can develop their professionalism in the form of a deep understanding of Islamic religious values and how to apply them in daily life. This encourages teachers to continue to improve their professional competence through various training and further studies. Thus, the Hanifida Action Definite Learning Model has the potential to improve the professionalism of PAI teachers by encouraging teachers to continue learning, adapting, and applying relevant and effective teaching approaches in teaching Islamic religious values
