This study aims to describe the procurement process of educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to improving the quality of learning at SDN 73/IX Simpang Sungai Duren, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The participants included the principal, teachers, and administrative staff involved in facilities and infrastructure management. The findings indicate that procurement activities are carried out based on prioritized urgent needs while considering financial limitations, particularly BOS funds and government assistance. Although several facilities such as textbooks, desks, chairs, and whiteboards are adequate, shortages remain in ICT equipment, the absence of a prayer room, and teachers’ limited technological skills. The school addresses these issues through minor repairs, regular inventory management, and encouraging students to maintain existing facilities. The study concludes that well-planned and appropriate procurement of facilities and infrastructure plays an essential role in supporting effective learning, and improvements in procurement management are necessary to enhance overall learning quality.
