Active student participation in learning is an important factor in achieving optimal learning outcomes. However, low student involvement in class is a challenge for educators. This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management strategies in increasing student participation. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed that the implementation of effective classroom management strategies, such as setting a conducive learning environment, an interactive communication approach, and providing constructive feedback significantly increased student involvement in the learning process. In addition, student involvement in compiling class rules and implementing positive reinforcement also contributed to increasing student motivation and activeness. Thus, classroom management strategies that are applied systematically and consistently have been proven to increase student participation. This study recommends that educators continue to develop innovative approaches in classroom management in order to create a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment
