Ethics of scientific publications Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah

 

The ethics of this publication is a statement relating to the scientific Code of various parties involved in the publication process in the Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah journal consisting of managers, editors, partners, and authors. This statement in the code of ethics of scientific publications essentially respects three ethical values in the publication, namely (i) neutrality, which is free from conflict of interest in the management of publications; (ii) Justice, i.e. granting authorship to the right as the author; and (iii) honesty, i.e. free of duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in the publication.

1. Publisher of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is responsible for publishing papers that have passed through the editing, study, and layout process in accordance with the rules of the scientific journal publication. 
2. Publisher of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is responsible for ensuring the academic freedom of the editors and partners in carrying out their duties. 
3. Publishers of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is responsible for maintaining the privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

 

Liability of Editor

1. Editor of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is responsible for deciding the appropriate manuscript published through a board of editors meeting that refers to the requirements of applicable law regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism. 
2. In the process of the study and acceptance of the manuscript, the editor team of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is based on the principle of similarity treatment in decision making to publish the manuscript by not distinguishing race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology of the author. 
3. Editor and Editorial team of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah will not reveal any informers of the manuscript or manuscript that came in except for the permission of the author. 
4. An unpublished manuscript will not be used by Editor of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah as part of the research for its own interests and will be returned directly to the author.

 

Liability of the partner of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah  assists the editors in making an editorial decision on the manuscript in

1. The partner of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah  is responsible for the recommendations of the texts. 
2. The study of the manuscript is objectively and is supported by a clear argument. 
3. The partner of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is responsible for the citation, reference, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism of the study script. 
4. The partner of Selasar KPI: Referensi Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah must always maintain the confidentiality of the information and not use the information from the manuscript for personal gain/benefit.

 

Liability of author 

1. The author must present the manuscript of the thought or research results in a clear, honest, and unduplicable, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism. 
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation filed on the written manuscript. 
3. The author must show the reference of opinions and the work of others cited 
4. The author must write the script ethically, honestly, and responsibly, in accordance with the prevailing scientific writing rules. 
5. The authors do not mind if the script is undergoing editing on the study and layout without altering the substance or the underlying idea of the writing.
