Crystal guava cultivation has recently been busy being carried out by farmers, including farmers in Patukrejo Village, Bonorowo District.  This research was conducted to find out what strategies were used by the community, namely farmers in improving their economy through cultivating crystal guava.  This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research types.  The results of this study are that the strategies carried out by the community in utilizing crystal guava cultivation have been carried out by optimizing the three characteristics of decisions for the long term, where crystal guava cultivation is a long term crop and the fruit harvest is also continuous.  From the strategy carried out, there has been an increase in the economy of the community with the cultivation of crystal guava, which can be seen from the seven characteristics of increasing the economy of the community where it is almost fulfilled.  Namely that there are many opportunities and opportunities not only for farmers but also for others such as laborers wrapping guava, there is also the role of collectors for marketing the fruit, so the cultivation of crystal guava is very influential in improving the existing economy by getting better and increasing.
