This study aims to determine the Planning, Organizing, Implementation, and Controlling Curriculum Development in Creating Quality Education at MIN 1 Purbalingga. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data using triangulation, and data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal
conclusion. This research concludes that: (1) Planning is done by holding joint meetings to discuss curriculum development; (2) Organizing carried out by forming a curriculum development implementation team; (3) Execution carried out through pre-instructional, instructional (core/content) and follow-up/evaluation activities; (4) Control is carried out through monitoring and evaluation activities. Supervision is carried out
by the Head of Madrasah directly, unannounced inspections (Sidak), and directives periodic, ongoing, and comprehensive. While the evaluation of student learning outcomes carried out by the board of teachers through exams.
