This study aims to analyze the alignment between the School Strategic Plan (Renstra) and the Lesson Plan
(RPP) for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMK Ma’arif 4 Kebumen. The research focuses on how
institutional strategic policies are implemented in the preparation of lesson plans by PAI teachers to ensure
harmony between the school’s strategic direction and classroom learning practices. This research employs
a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and document analysis. The participants
include the principal, vice principal for curriculum, and PAI teachers. The findings reveal a strong
alignment between the Renstra and RPP, particularly in the areas of Islamic values, character formation,
and teaching quality enhancement. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital facilities and
diverse student learning abilities. The school has responded by improving parental coordination,
optimizing computer laboratories, and implementing differentiated learning strategies. The study
recommends continuous integration of strategic planning and instructional documents through academic
supervision and sustainable implementation of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle
