This study examines the implementation of a program for habituating the reading and memorization of short Qur'anic chapters in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMK Ma'arif 4 Kebumen. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results indicate that the program was consistently implemented at the beginning of each PAI session for 15-20 minutes, despite not being formally included in the Lesson Plans (RPP). The instructional methodology integrated a dual-phase system, commencing with collective murojaah (repetition) and progressing to individualized recitation assessments, thereby incorporating the foundational sorogan model indigenous to Islamic boarding schools. The main supporting factor was student enthusiasm driven by a grade incentive system, while the primary constraint was time limitations due to the busy vocational practice schedule. This program successfully built students' self-efficacy in the religious domain and created a connection between vocational and religious identities. The research findings recommend the importance of more systematic program documentation without reducing implementation flexibility.
