The research examines the implementation of student management based on integrated Islamic education at SMAIT Nur Hidayah Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study is to describe how the school manages student development through a comprehensive approach that integrates spiritual, academic, and character-building aspects. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving school leaders, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that student management at SMAIT Nur Hidayah emphasizes spiritual strengthening through the Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) program, the cultivation of discipline, and personality development grounded in Islamic values. The integration of spiritual development with academic and non-academic support creates a balanced educational environment, enabling students to grow into responsible, disciplined individuals with noble character. This study concludes that effective student management in integrated Islamic schools requires a comprehensive and collaborative system involving teachers, parents, and the school environment to achieve the goals of Islamic education.
