Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of moral aqidah teachers in dealing with delinquency in class VIII students at MTS Salafiyah Wonoyoso, , academic year 2024. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that it can be concluded that: (1) regarding the role of moral belief teachers in dealing with delinquency of class VIII students, data was obtained relating to the role of moral belief teachers in dealing with delinquency of class VIII students carried out by teachers. Apart from that, in learning moral beliefs there is a meaning about faith and good character (2) Apart from the role of the moral belief teacher in dealing with the delinquency of class VIII students, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors. The role of the moral belief teacher in dealing with the delinquency of class VIII students. including the following: Collaboration with guidance and counseling teachers, teacher discipline in teaching on time, and frequent communication with students, besides that there are also inhibiting factors including the following: Teachers' lateness in entering class, lack of teacher communication with parents, and lack of response. from the parents' side
