Teacher professional development is a strategic factor in improving the quality of education, particularly in Islamic educational institutions that face the dynamics of social change, digitalization, and the strengthening of religious values. This study aims to examine the implementation of teacher professional development policies in private Islamic educational institutions under the Yatim Mandiri Foundation, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. It also analyzes the interrelationship between spiritual leadership, religious organizational culture, professional learning communities, and educational digital transformation. The study employs a qualitative approach with a multi-case design involving Insan Cendekia Mandiri Boarding School (ICMBS), STAI An Najah Indonesia Mandiri Sidoarjo, Institut Teknologi Insan Cendekia Mandiri (ITICM), and Universitas Insan Cendekia Mandiri (UICM) Bandung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings indicate that policy implementation occurs in an adaptive manner through the integration of spiritual values, religious culture, professional collaboration, and the utilization of digital technology. However, it still faces challenges such as administrative constraints, gaps in digital competence, and suboptimal program evaluation
