Sociological Legal Impact of Sirri Marriage, Sirri Marriage Factors, Gombong District, Sirri MarriageAbstrak
The problem with sirri marriages is unrecorded marriages. In this context, marriage registration is important, but there are still many people who do not understand the negative impact on the harmony of household life, such as the wife not being able to claim her rights in the event of a divorce, children who are born when they want to make a birth certificate only continue to their mother. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of sirri marriage that occurred in Gombong District, as well as what factors caused the perpetrators to carry out these actions and to determine the impact of sociological law on the family and the surrounding community. This study uses non-doctrinal legal research by applying sociological case studies which are empirical in nature as an independent variable that has an impact on various aspects of social life. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study indicate that the majority of factors that drive sirri marriages are old age, the assumption is that marriage only wants to be a life partner. Apart from that, due to biological factors, a factor that was quite unique was also found, namely that they were allowed to marry because they were accused of having an affair, even though they were both already married and had children.
