This research emphasizes the existence of teacher strategies in maintaining the quality of students' memorization, especially in early childhood. Where strategies are implemented for early childhood are aimed at providing solutions to the obstacles that have been limiting them. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive research techniques, with the involvement and participatory role of the researcher at the research site. Data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. The research results indicate that TAUD SaQu Mutiara Al-Kautsar faces several obstacles in the learning process. TAUD SaQu Mutiara Al-Kautsar offers creative and adaptive strategies and approaches while considering the psychology of early childhood. This approach is very relevant in early childhood education, which requires enjoyable and effective learning methods. The strategies of teachers and institutions do not only focus on the quantity of memorization but also pay attention to the quality of memorization by balancing memorization, understanding, and character formation. Thus, it has the potential to produce a generation of young Qur’an memorizers who are not only memorizing but also possess Qur’anic morals, discipline, and skillfully apply Islamic values in their daily lives
