Changes in the independent curriculum make school principals and teachers must be ready to follow these changes. Where in the independent curriculum there are 2 parts, namely instraural learning and project-based learning to strengthen the character of the Pancasila student profile. However, in the statement of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile (P5PPRA) in each Madrasah, there are still obstacles in determining the project theme. The purpose of the research is to design and build the P5PPRA co-curricular in MI Lhokseumawe City. The research method uses the DBR (Design Base Research) model development method. The research was conducted at MIN 5 Lhokseumawe City. The population of this study is all MIN 5 school tekholders in the city of Lhokseumawe including the Head of Madrasah, and all madrasah teachers, then the sample is the head of the madrasah and representatives of Class Teachers, PAI, and PJOK. The sampling technique uses snow balls for teachers and proportional sampling for the Head of Madrasah. The results of the study showed that based on the analysis of Madrasah needs, 4 project themes were obtained which included the theme of sustainable living, building the soul and body, diversity of the single ika and local wisdom
