MANAJEMEN SANTRI DALAM PENGUATAN SPIRIT ENTREPRENEUR DI PONPES AL-IHYA ULUMADDIN 2 KEBONBARU CILACAP

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen penguatan spirit entrepreneur di Ponpes Al-Ihya Ulumaddin 2 Kebonbaru Cilacap Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan model interaktif berupa pencatatan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pembuatan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Penguatan Spirit Entrepreneur Di Ponpes Al-Ihya Ulumaddin 2 Kebonbaru Cilacap Selatan; (2) Pengorganisasian Penguatan Spirit Entrepreneur Di Ponpes Al-Ihya Ulumaddin 2 Kebonbaru Cilacap Selatan dilakukan dengan membagi tugas personile beserta job deskripsinya; (3) Pengarahan Penguatan Spirit Entrepreneur Di Ponpes Al-Ihya Ulumaddin 2 Kebonbaru Cilacap Selatan dibagi menjadi ke dalam tiga bentuk, yakni Pelaksanaan secara teori, pelaksanaan secara praktek dan pelaksanaan secara incidental; dan (4) Pengawasan Pengarahan Penguatan Spirit Entrepreneur Di Ponpes AlIhya Ulumaddin 2 Kebonbaru Cilacap Selatan dilakukan dengan menentukan standar pelaksanaan program, penilaian program, dan perbaikan/solutif pelaksanaan program.
