This research is using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. In data collection, researchers use interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, researchers collect all data, reduce data, present data and verify data. Data validity checking techniques carried out by researchers through triangulation techniques, extension of participation, and persistence of observations. The results of this study, Entrepreneurship mindset development is carried out in several stages, as follows: 1. Compiling the Curriculum; 2. Improvement of Lecturer Human Resources (HR); 3. Establish an Entrepreneurship Center; 4. Cooperation with the Business World; 5. Forming Business Units for Students; 6. Cooperation with Financial Institutions; 7. Research was conducted to determine the effect of murabahah, musyarakah and ijarah financing on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2019-2021 period. Murabaha financing is financing with a sale and purchase contract, financing with a profit sharing contract is represented by musyarakah financing, and ijarah financing is financing with a rental contract. The profitability ratio used in this research is ROA (return on assets). The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total of 4 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research are that murabahah financing partially has a significant and positive effect on the profitability of sharia commercial banks, partial musyarakah financing also has a significant and positive effect on the profitability of sharia commercial banks, and ijarah financing has a significant but negative effect on the profitability of sharia commercial banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorse, halal labeling and brand image on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening products in Kebumen Regency. The data collection technique used questionnaires distributed online and offline to 100 respondents who were scarlett whitening users in Kebumen Regency. This research method is a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) method which is processed using WarpPLS 8.0 software.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em><em>The results of the study state that there is a negative influence on celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the path coefficient value (Path Coefficient) hypothesis is positive with a value of 0.058 and the p-value shows a result of 0.278 ≥ 0.05, so that the first hypothesis is not supported and rejected. Then for the halal labeling variable and brand image there is a positive influence on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of the halal labeling variable (Path Coefficient) hypothesis is positive with a value of 0.285 and the p-value shows a result of 0.001 ≤ 0.05, so that the first hypothesis is not supported and rejected. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the innovation of flower boards had an effect on increasing sales at Toko Andis Flower Kebumen and to determine the innovation of product, price, place, and promotion to increase sales at Toko Andis Flower Kebumen. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. This research data analysis uses SWOT analysis techniques with data collection methods through interviews, documents, and observations and is supported by documents from various sources. Based on the research results, Toko Andis Flower Kebumen uses strategies to increase sales. The strategy used is to overcome weaknesses using existing opportunities. This type of research is a qualitative, descriptive research design. The research location was in the DM Sokka Kebumen small roof tile industry with five research informants. Community empowerment here is intended as the process of developing the potential of each community to actively participate in development. The Islamic economic approach is used to analyze the effectiveness of Dana Desa budget utilization in accordance with Islamic economic principles such as justice and balance. Dana Desa budget in Ambarwinangun Village has been allocated for village governance, village development, community development, community empowerment, and disaster management. The distribution share to the community appears to be not in line with their needs, leading to inequality and imbalance. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study using Interview, Observation, and Documentation techniques.</em></p> <p><em>The result of the research shows that there are still some principles of Islamic business ethics that have not been implemented by fruit traders in Petanahan Market. The principles of Islamic business ethics that have been applied are as follows: the principle of tawhid with the provision of not taking too much profit which will exceed the market price. Furthermore, the principle of free will by giving freedom to buyers by not forcing them to buy merchandise because buyers have the right to get goods according to the quality and price they want. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Sources of data obtained are from observations through observation, interviews and documentation. The empowerment management carried out by LPNU starts from the NU PAC so that it becomes a strong foundation to later be able to have NU-owned business entities at the NU PC level, PW NU, to the PBNU level. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and verification.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that the empowerment management carried out by LPNU to the NU community in Kebumen Regency prioritizes so that the community has an empowered mindset as the foundation of the NU economy in the future. LPNU is willing to provide direction, training, mentoring, and application to the community. In addition, LPNU also opens cooperation with NU communities who want to have a business. LPNU uses three stages, namely: the socialization and training stage, the knowledge improvement stage and the application stage. To see the role of LPNU in empowering the NU community in Kebumen Regency, it can be seen from some of the beneficiaries of the LPNU empowerment program.
