Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of risk perception, information quality, and investor confidence on interest in participating in E-IPO (Electronic Initial Public Offerings) in the Indonesian capital market. As well as identifying the dynamics of E-IPOs that often occur in the Indonesian capital market in 2024. E-IPO is a new way of issuing company shares to the public electronically. In a dynamic capital market, risk perception, information quality, and investor confidence can influence investors' decision to participate in an E-IPO.

The findings of this study have practical consequences for decision makers investing in the Indonesian capital market, especially companies that want to conduct E-IPO. To increase investor interest, companies should focus on offering high-quality products in their prospectus. In addition, companies should understand how risk perception and investor confidence affect interest in participating in an E-IPO. Understanding these variables allows companies to improve their marketing and communication efforts to attract more investors during the E-IPO process.
