Abstract

This research discusses the management of innovation in flower boards to increase sales at Toko Andis Flower Kebumen. This research is motivated because Toko Andis Flower Kebumen has run a flower board innovation, but whether the innovation can increase sales or not. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the innovation of flower boards had an effect on increasing sales at Toko Andis Flower Kebumen and to determine the innovation of product, price, place, and promotion to increase sales at Toko Andis Flower Kebumen. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method. This research data analysis uses SWOT analysis techniques with data collection methods through interviews, documents, and observations and is supported by documents from various sources. Based on the research results, Toko Andis Flower Kebumen uses strategies to increase sales. The strategy used is to overcome weaknesses using existing opportunities. Another strategy used is to reduce the impact of threats with the strengths of the company.
