Menumbuhkan Soft Skill Entrepreneurship: Studi Analisis Pembinaan Mindset Entrepreneur Pada Mahasiswa di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to provide an overview of Entrepreneurship soft skills training to students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This research is using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. In data collection, researchers use interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, researchers collect all data, reduce data, present data and verify data. Data validity checking techniques carried out by researchers through triangulation techniques, extension of participation, and persistence of observations. The results of this study, Entrepreneurship mindset development is carried out in several stages, as follows: 1. Compiling the Curriculum; 2. Improvement of Lecturer Human Resources (HR); 3. Establish an Entrepreneurship Center; 4. Cooperation with the Business World; 5. Forming Business Units for Students; 6. Cooperation with Financial Institutions; 7. Entrepreneurship Award.
