ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI ISLAM DALAM NOVEL “LAYANGAN PUTUS” KARYA MOMMY ASF (Eka Nur Prasetya)

The novel entitled "Layangan Disconnect" is a novel by Mommy ASF who is the author as well as the main character in the novel. This novel invites Muslims to solve all problems while still instilling Islamic values in their lives. With the inculcation of Islamic values, it will bring many benefits to humans, nature, and will get the pleasure of Allah SWT. This study aims to determine the Islamic values contained in the novel Layangan Putus by Mommy ASF. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The research approach used is content analysis. The main source of information that will be processed at the analysis stage is by analyzing Islamic values and the image of Islamic women in the novel "Layangan Disconnected" by Mommy ASF. Data collection method used by researchers is documentation. The results of the research show that there are three aspects of Islamic values, namely the values of the creed, the values of worship, and the values of morality. Aqidah values such as faith in Allah SWT, believing that Allah is the only best place to complain. Values of worship such as reading the Qur'an, praying, praying, dhikr, and studying knowledge. Moral values which are commendable behavior such as patience, gratitude, endeavor, mutual help, and brotherhood.

This research is motivated by the importance of using da'wah media that can attract the attention of the wider community so that they are more interested in listening to da'wah. One of the media that preachers can use to spread their da'wah messages is the writing method channeled through print media such as newspapers, books, magazines, novels and short stories. The story book "Be Aware of Humans" by Ahmad Mustofa Bisri is a story book with pictures used to convey the contents of da'wah messages that are in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to find out the discourse analysis of the da'wah messages conveyed by Ahmad Mustofa Bisri in the book "Be Aware of Humans". The method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The research approach used is content analysis. The main source of information that will be processed at the analysis stage is by analyzing Islamic values in the novel "Beware of Humans" by Ahmad Mustafa Bisri. Data collection method used by researchers is documentation. The results of the study show that the story book "Beware of Humans" contains elements of da'wah messages related to morals which about good deeds are called noble morals and bad deeds are called despicable morals. As for the message of da'wah related to noble character, namely the author of the book implicitly explains the importance of listening to and obeying the advice given by parents, while the despicable character shown by the author is that humans have lots of tricks that can mislead other creatures, including animals.

The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the use of Instagram by IAINU Kebumen KPI students as a medium of da'wah and (2) to find out the effectiveness of da'wah through Instagram @dakwahustadz_abdul somad among IAINU Kebumen KPI students. This research is a type of field research, where the authors collect data by conducting in-depth studies in the form of interviews with KPI IAINU Kebumen students with criteria using Instagram, following the @dakwahustadz_abdulsomad account, liking the preaching of Ustad Abdul Somad as a key informant (provider of key information at school) and observing the phenomena that occur and documenting the data. Then the data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method which was intended to describe a factual situation. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study conclude that one minute da'wah through Instagram media among students of KPI IAINU Kebumen (study of the Instagram account @dakwahustadz_abdulsomad) can be said to be effective because lectures from Instagram @dakwahustadz_abdulsomad students are easy to understand, not boring or fun there is a change in the behavior of the listeners in this case are students KPI IAINU Kebumen both changes in knowledge regarding religion and changes in behavior, and lecture materials can be implemented or practiced in everyday life

The enactment of Law (UU) Number 16 of 2019 has led to an increase in the number of early marriages at the KUA of Buayan District. This research is a non-doctrinal legal research using a case study of sociological aspects. The first data collection is observation, then interviews with the head of the KUA and the perpetrators of early marriage, and finally documentation. The research findings show that the Buayan community in general only found out about the change in the age limit for marriage at the time of registration, besides that they did not know the purpose of the change, they only followed and agreed because it had become a regulation.

Divorce is something that is permissible in religion but is hated by Allah SWT. This also happened in divorce cases registered in the divorce case register at the Kebumen Religious Court with register number No.1055/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kbm. which became a factor causing the divorce due to the jealous nature of the Defendant and the Defendant were considered nuzuz because they left the house to live together, however, in the Respondent's answer, it was denied and the Respondent requested a Reconvention lawsuit to ask for their rights, both living expenses, land certificates, mortgaged cars and also the respondent's motorcycle. The research objectives are: (1) To find out the basis for the judge's legal considerations in deciding the counterclaim in decision No.1055/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kbm ? (2) To provide knowledge related to how the judge's legal considerations in rejecting the Counterclaim in decision No.1055/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Kbm from the perspective of Civil Procedure Law? This study uses the Normative Juridical law research method, with a doctrinal legal approach conceptualized in legislation as a basis for solving problems. From the results of this study it can be seen that the legal considerations of judges in deciding divorce cases on the grounds of disputes and also related to requests for alimony and goods chosen by the Respondent/Reconvention Plaintiffs which in the trial and legal considerations of decisions were partially rejected by the panel of judges based on counterclaims what is unclear is based on documents and copies of decisions as well as legal considerations listed and contained in the rulings of the Kebumen Religious Court.

The birth of the judge's decision regarding the non-acceptance of a lawsuit (NO) with the case study decision Number 1077/Pdt.G/PA.Kbm raises the judge's consideration in deciding a case. This research is a juridical normative legal research with a case study of the decision of the Kebumen Religious Court. The first time data collection was carried out, namely observation, then interviews with the Panel of Judges who handled the case and the last was documentation. The research findings show that the Panel of Judges in deciding a case is based on considerations based on existing laws and theories. In addition, from the perspective of Islamic law, it is the basis for being allowed to have sexual relations after the issuance of a divorce suit.

Divorce is an event that cannot be avoided by every husband and wife, both those who have been married for a long time and recently married, in the case experienced by the plaintiff and the defendant in the decision Number: 2595/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kbm, he causative factor was because the defendant was lacking in providing a living and the plaintiff had nusyuz and had another man who include defendant’s superior. The research objectives are: To find out the basis of judges: (1) Considerations in household disputes at the kebumen Religious Court? (2) What is the view of islamic law on living for a nuzyus wife. This study uses a normative legal research method, with a doctrinal legal approach that is conceptualized in legislation and comparative. The results of the study show that the validity of the dispute to be used as a reason for divorce which has been regulated in article 19 letter (f) PP No. 9 year 1975. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the judge’s consideration in divorce on the grounds of dispute is in accordance with the applicable legal basis. This thesis also suggests that the judge resolves the case of a dispute that causes divorce based on a copy of the decision document with the reasons stated in the decision, basides that the attitude of the judge in considering this decision with juridical considerations.

Surah Luqman shows that this verse contains educational values. However, in order not to abandon the spirit of Islamic education, the results of the thoughts of the ulama are needed which they express in one of their works, including Tafsir of the Qur'an. Tafsri Tarbawi and Tafsir Al-Azhar are commentaries that complement and add to the study of the Qur'an. To understand and explore this letter, Al-Qur'an guidelines are needed to discuss education. Based on the description above, research is needed to discuss the interpretation of Ahmad Munir and Buya Hamka as well as the comparison and application of education in Luqman's letter. This research aims to analyze: 1) Knowing the interpretation of Ahmad Munir and Buya Hamka in the Al-Qur'an Surah Luqman, 2) The application of education in the community according to these two interpreters.

Traditions passed down from generation to generation that are still preserved today cannot be separated from the role of group communication. Including the Bongkoan tradition in Sidoharjo Village, Puring District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java. Every traditional event in the area on the southern coast of Kebumen is a special attraction for the community. Even for young people who recently continue to receive the onslaught of external culture from gadget devices. Thanks to the role of group communication, they have the awareness to be actively involved in preserving local traditions. Bongkoan is a tradition of eating with extended family, relatives and neighbors around the beach in Sidoharjo Village on the 1st of Maulid. This tradition has been passed down from generation to generation since the ancestors celebrated the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Its existence, which still exists today, has given rise to the formulation of problems related to the role of group communication in preserving Bongkoan in Sidoharjo Village. The aim of this research is none other than to determine the role of group communication in preserving this tradition. The method used is qualitative descriptive. A clear picture is obtained, both of the process of implementing the Bongkoan tradition and the things behind it, to obtain a complete picture of the role of group communication and the developments surrounding it.
