Penguatan Kompetensi Syuriyah MWC NU Buayan melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Digital Asessment

Abstrak

Digital assessment is an effective technique used in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In
addition, during the Covid-19 pandemic, digital assessment has become a necessity in an
institution/agencies so that performance achievements can be measured. This service is
carried out to provide knowledge and training in making digital assessments at the MWC NU
institution, Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. The subject in this service is Syuriyah
(supervisory board) at MWC NU Buayan. This service is carried out for two days through
four stages, namely planning, preparation for implementation, and evaluation/reflection. The
results of the service show that Syuriyah can understand the concept of digital assessment and
how to make digital assessments very good. The application of digital assessment at
MWCNU Buayan is a new breakthrough in developing the performance of an institution.
