This article analyzes the important role of Islamic character education in shaping the character of teenagers through regular religious study activities in the Cimeong Village Madrasah in Banjaran Majalengka. Islamic character education is an educational approach aimed at developing moral and ethical values based on the teachings of Islam. Character formation is a crucial aspect in facing the social and moral challenges encountered by teenagers in the modern era. In this context, the regular religious study activities in the Cimeong Village Madrasah in Banjaran Majalengka play a central role as a means of character formation.

Peran Guru Sebagai Seorang Pendidik Disekolah

Pendidikan bisa diraih dengan berbagai macam cara salah satunya pendidikan di sekolah. Sebuah pendidikan mempunyai tiga komponen utama yaitu guru,siswa dan kurikulum. Ketiga komponen tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dan komponen-komponen tersebut berada di lingkungan sekolah agar proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kurangnya pemahaman pada pembelajaran anak dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Salah satunya yaitu kurangnya peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dapat menyebabkan pemahaman anak berkurang khususnya pada anak sekolah. Keberadaan seorang guru berperan penting dalam lingkungan masyarakat baik di sekolah maupun masyarakat. Guru dituntut untuk memiliki kepribadian dan perilaku yang patut diteladani dalam kehidupan sosial di masyarakat. Kedudukan seorang guru, menuntut untuk professional dalam mendidik dan berperilaku tidak hanya berkaitan dengan tugasnya dalam proses pembelajaran tetapi juga tugasnya di masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian yaitu agar mengetahui bagaimana peran guru di sekolah dan masyarakat serta hambatan peran guru. Fokus penelisan ini adalah bagaimana peran guru di sekolah dalam menjalankan peran guru di sekolah. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal yang paling penting untuk mempersiapkan kesuksesan masa depan pada zaman globalisasi. Peran guru di sekolah sangat diperlukan karena anak sekolah dasar masih kurangnya daya tangkap merreka terhadap sesuatu yang mereka lihat dan mereka dengar. Dengan adanya fenomena tersebut maka dilakukan penulisan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah.

The principal is one of the key factors in determining the realization of quality education. The principal functions as the manager and educational leader of the school institution. Effective management and leadership requires principals who are aware of modeling and exhibit characteristics such as ideal influence, inspiration, motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration. They must employ teaching staff, work within clear time frames, establish interpersonal relationships, develop principles of fair and accountable accountability, and be able to work in teams. The principal is one of the key and important factors in creating an effective school. Effective school principals: a) have a strong vision of the future of their school, b) have high expectations, c) ensure that learning runs effectively. d) efficient use of time and minimize negative stress and conflict. e) utilizing various learning resources, f) utilizing information to direct learning planning. g) carry out evaluations and repairs irrationally.

Pelaksanaan supervisi diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan baik agar pelaksana penyelenggaraan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, seorang supervisor perlu memiliki pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang supervisi pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang konsep supervisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era merdeka belajar. Supervisor memerlukan kemampuan profesional yang handal dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran serta kemampuan profesional pengawas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembinaan guru di sekolah, dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan bantuan dan pelayanan profesional bagi guru-guru agar mereka lebih mampu melaksanakan inovasi pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.

KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA DALAM MEMBERIKAN LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN YANG PRIMA BERSKALA NASIONAL

Kebijakan pemerintah republik Indonesia difokuskan untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan berkualitas (prima) berskala nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep kebijakan pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam memberikan pelayanan pendidikan prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pendidikan berskala nasional menjadi perhatian penting dari pemerintah Republik Indonesia sejak kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 1945 sampai detik ini. Sejak saat itulah, diresmikan pula Undang-undang Dasar 1945 sebagai dasar bagi pemerintah untuk menyelengarakan pendidikan nasional. Selanjutnya, dikeluarkan pula undang-undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Didukung pula dengan kebijakan mengenai 8 standar nasional pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Berbagai kebijakan tersebut tentu disertai dengan berbagai aturan yang relevan.

KONSEP PEMBELAJARAN DIFERENSIASI BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL: SEBUAH KAJIAN LITERATUR DENGAN KONTEKS MADRASAH DI LAMPUNG

This article aims to study the concept of differential learning based on local wisdom in the context of madrasah education in Lampung. Given the rich background of local wisdom in Lampung, the study was conducted through a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques involve the identification, categorization, and synthesis of information from various relevant literary sources. This allows researchers to understand how local wisdom can be integrated into differential learning in the madrasah. The results of this study show that differential learning in the madrasah with an instructional approach is adapted to the individual needs of students, taking into account the diversity of student background and ability. The local wisdom and traditions of Lampung, such as listener pii and samali sambayan, give deep values to the learning process. Strategies to integrate local wisdom into learning include the use of relevant media, materials, methods, and evaluations. The Madrasah in Lampung, by combining local wisdom and differentiation approaches, has the potential to improve the quality and relevance of education for students in the region

PENERAPAN PROGRAM MENTORING CLASS SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMPERKUAT SELF-ESTEEM SISWA DI SMP BUMI CENDEKIA YOGYAKARTA

This research aims to find out and describe the Mentoring Class program and its impact on increasing students' self-esteem at SMP Bumi Cendekia Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that Mentoring Class program at SMP Bumi Cendekia Yogyakarta has positive impacts on strengthening students' self-esteem. The themes and material presented also reflect the three main aspects of self-esteem, namely performance, social and physical self-esteem. Aspects of performance and physical self-esteem are reflected in material related to self-love. In addition, the social aspect of self-esteem is reflected in material that discusses boundaries in joking, bullying, friendship relations, etc. Mentoring Class program provides students a sense of security and comfort to speak up or convey their problems to the mentor which ultimately leads to increase self-confidence, independence, self-acceptance, and respect for others.
