Pembelajaran Tahfidz Al Qur’an pada Siswa Kelas IV MI Takhassus Ma’arif NU Prapagkidul Purworejo

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of tahfidz learning for fourth grade students
at MI Takhassus Ma'arif NU Prapagkidul, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of
memorizing the Qur'an for fourth grade students at MI Takhassus Ma'arif NU Prapagkidul
Purworejo. This research is a qualitative research with the type of phenomenological research.
Collecting data in this study is by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research
instrument used observation sheets and interviews. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display,
and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The
implementation of tahfidz learning, especially in class IV MI Takhassus Ma'arif NU Prapagkidul
has been carried out in accordance with a predetermined program: a) Planning: There is a schedule
for implementing tahfidz learning. b) Implementation: Tahfidz learning is carried out every
Monday-Friday starting at 07.30-09.00 which is preceded by doing congregational dhuha prayers
and reading asmaul husna before learning begins. c) Monitoring: Coordinated tahfidz learning,
accompanied by class teachers, there is a tahfidz monitoring book. d) Evaluation: With a tahfidz
monitoring book and testing students' memorization achievements. (2) Supporting factors: a)
Talent and interest, b) Age, c) Intelligence. Inhibiting factors: a) Feeling lazy, b) Difficulty
managing time, c) Forgetting. Overall, the implementation of Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning in class
IV MI Takhassus Ma'arif NU Prapagkidul Purworejo has been going well.
